Parent Initiated Withdrawal:
 
**If a parent wants to withdraw their child from MMS, they are required to provide two weeks written notice and are financially obligated for those two weeks.

**In the event that you do not provide two weeks written notice, you will be required to pay MMS your regular program fees regardless of attendance.

**This policy is agreed upon by both parties within our Parent Contract.
  School Initiated Withdrawal:
  Midland Montessori School (MMS) is dedicated to maintaining a safe, harmonious environment for the optimun development of all enrolled children.

**MMS reserves the right to withdraw a child without notice if the child's participation in the program creates a direct threat to the safety of the child, other children or the staff of MMS.

**The school operates on the tuition and fees paid for services. If a family's account is significantly past due (30 days), the child will be withdrawn from the program until the account is brought to current status. Written notification of intent to withdraw a child shall be made at least seven days prior to withdrawal.
